lacking soundproofing outdated bathroom

I found that soundproofing was lacking. during my stay, staff seemed somewhat unsympathetic, a point of concern. the bathroom looked quite outdated, showing signs of wear. there was no proper separation like curtains between the shower and the toilet. This impacted convenience.

amazingly located haven!

amazing location bus option helpful staff

i found the location amazing! it is close to everything! there are many ferry and bus options available for getting around, and lots of lovely lanes for local exploration. the garden area is fabulous, and i even enjoyed some great meals and coffee there. the staff were lovely and always helpful!

The light in the hallway stayed on all night. it made the room quite bright, a little disruptive for sleeping. Blackout curtains would be a great help.
